CBB Colloquium, Student Poster Session and General Assembly 2010

The 20 student posters and the various presentations held during this event were quite successful. These were held in the framework of the 78th ACFAS Congress.

It took place in room MV - D451 at the Université de Montréal.

CBB Annual General Assembly and Student Poster Session 2009

The event was quite successful this year, with more than 70 students and PIs in attendance and 30 posters presented.

 It was held in the Trottier Building at McGill University's Downtown Campus from 11am to 4pm.

Dr. Tabrizian has obtained a grant from NanoQuébec for the project entitled

Integrated Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging (SPRi) Biosensors for

Medical and Environmental Applications

The CBB is granted funding from Génome Canada/Québec.

Six CBB members, Drs. Tabrizian, Veres, Juncker, Kirk, Charette and Hallet, were successful in obtaining a technology development grant from Genome Canada and Genome Québec for the development of integrated proteomics platforms for high-throughput biomarker discovery and validation.
